Return

The legislation provides "the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that may fall to the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products".

Customer bears return shipping fee. The Customer agrees that the refund will be made only by bank transfer, to the iban account mentioned by the Customer. The money will be returned in a maximum of 14 working days, from the receipt of the parcel by the Seller.

The customer undertakes to pack the product/products accordingly, so that they are not damaged during transport.

The customer must notify by phone or email that he wishes to return within 14 days of receiving the package. The return condition is for the product to be in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging with all accessories and labels, without signs of wear or wear.

Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
